My Name is Brian Patrick Murphy and I'm here to teach you to box. I've fought in two Golden Gloves Tournaments growing up and for the past five years have fought in Friday Night
Throwdowns, a New York underground fight club.. I was personally trained by Two-Time World Champion Joey Gamache for most of my career. My goal is always to agitate, educate and inspire you to push yourself beyond your limits.

Coach Brian takes you through some basic boxing and footwork drills for a great cardio workout that teaches you real boxing skills. Grab some hand weights and of course get wrapped up.

25 Minute Heavy Bag Workout - Coach Brian
Coach Brian takes you through a 25 minute heavy bag conditioning workout. Grab your hand weights, a jump rope and gloves. Don't forget to have those hands wrapped.

15 Minute Advanced Shadow Boxing Workout - Coach Brian
Coach Brian takes you through a 15 minute advanced shadow boxing workout. Get your hands wrapped, grab a jump rope and let's get throwing. Hand weights suggested but not required.

Coach Brian takes you through a 25 Minute Advanced Heavy Bag workout. Have your hands wrapped and gloves at the ready. This workout also incorporates an Everlast Jump Rope and hand weights.
