Fitness for me has always been a part of my life. Whether it was playing sports, lifting weights, or generally staying active with friends.
Coach Dan is a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutritional Specialist based out of Livingston, New Jersey. Starting his career in 2014, Dan has worked with clients with a variety of needs (sports specific, weight management, powerlifting, older adults and special populations). Dan graduated from William Paterson University with a BS in exercise Science with a concentration in Exercise Physiology.
