My name is Jojo and people know me as the dancer who can powerlift. I grew up in Vermont and moved to NYC to be a dancer. I discovered fitness as a way of cross training for dance and fell in love with lifting really heavy things. My career as a dancer gave me the discipline and no BS mentality that I carried into fitness. I coach people to be strong physically and mentally and push themselves past where most people stop.
